Oh, my. We just can not get enough of these bacon wrapped, stuffed jalapenos.

WEAR GLOVES when working with hot peppers!

Slice the jalapenos in half and remove the cores. Spread cream cheese flavored with your choice of herbs or spices or dip mix (I used cheddar ranch dip mix) in the cavity, then wrap with bacon (half a piece of bacon will work). Bake ’em at 425 F ’til the bacon is done (@ 25 minutes).
