Love this stuff!!

Crust layer:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 -1/2 cup crushed nuts (I use pecans)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Mix together, and press into 9×13 pan.

Bake at 350 until golden brown for about 10 minutes

Cream cheese layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. cool whip
1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
Whip the cream cheese until soft. Now mix in the powdered sugar until blended well. Fold in the cool chip until mixture is smooth and well blended. Spread over the cooled crust.

Pudding layer
Use 2- (3 ounce packages of instant lemon pudding)
3 cups of cold milk

Top layer
Spread cool whip over the top of the lemon pudding layer
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top
