1 bag cole slaw mix
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup chopped radishes
½ cup chopped green peppers (or red)
2 Tbsp. melted butter (or Pam spray)
2 pkgs Oriental Ramen Noodles
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup vinegar
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 flavor packets from Ramen Noodle packages
Mix salad by combining 1st 4 ingredients (cole slaw mix, green onions, radishes, green/red peppers)
Break up ramen noodles into small pieces.  Spread noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds on a cookie sheet and add the melted butter or spray them with Pam cooking spray.  Roast ramen noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds on cookie sheet in oven (400 degrees) until lightly browned, about 5-10 minutes.  Cool on tray.
Mix dressing ingredients in jar with lid.  Shake well
½ hour before serving, add noodle mixture to cabbage salad .  Shake dressing again until thoroughly mixed.  Pour dressing on top of salad and toss well.
