Spaghetti Corn

MY recipe –>

1 bag of my frozen Southwest Corn (includes corn, onions, bell & jalapeno peppers)
3/4 stick of melted butter
1/2 pound uncooked spaghetti broken into pieces
1/2 a medium onion minced
1 cup half and half or heavy cream
1/4 – 1/2 cup water
2 or more cups shredded cheese

THEIR recipe –> (Crockin Girls)

1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1/3 Pound Raw Spaghetti, broken up into pieces
3/4 Stick of Butter, melted
2 Tablespoons Onion, minced
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
1/2 Can Water

Mix all ingredients in your crock pot and cook for 3 – 4 hours on high. Made a great lunch for my boys. 🙂
